Enzyme Peel – 30 minutes – $80
These peels are derived from fruit enzymes and are one of the lightest peels offered. There is usually no redness or peeling and the skin looks radiant afterwards. The enzyme peels available are mango, cherry, cranberry, orange and pumpkin.
Glycolic Peel – 30 minutes – $80
This peel ranges in strength from 10% – 50% depending on the skin type. Glycolic is an alpha-hydroxy acid derived from sugar cane. It’s an excellent peel for fine lines and hyper-pigmentation.
Lactic Peel – 30 minutes – $80
A lactic peel is derived from a milk product such as buttermilk, sour cream or yogurt. It is one of the mildest forms of chemical peels available. The lactic peel is especially good for first time users or people with sensitive skin or rosacea as it does not produce the discomfort, redness and irritation associated with other peels.

The Micropeel is a peel that begins with dermaplaning which is a resurfacing of the skin done with a straight edge razor. After the skin has been resurfaced an acid peel is applied. The peel can range from lactic to 30% glycolic. The final step of the Micropeel is an application of dry ice called cryogenic therapy which will smooth the texture of the skin and close the pores. There is typically no down time with this peel.

This peel is done with a 20% or 30% Salicylic acid. There is moderate discomfort while this peel is being applied. This is a self timing peel and is left on the skin until the burning sensation is complete. The skin will be red for a few hours and slight peeling will begin in 48 hours.

Glytone Mandelic Acid Peel – 30 minutes -$125
Mandelic Acid is part of a family of Alpha Hydroxyl Acid and is derived from bitter almonds. Since the molecule is larger in size, it penetrates more slowly, making it a good choice for sensitive skin including patients who struggle with redness and flushing in their skin. Mandelic Acid offers antibacterial as well as bactericidal properties that are helpful for patients with blemishes or oily skin. It is also beneficial for patients with Acne Rosacea. A series of peels produces a smoother skin texture, as well, as helping with fine lines and wrinkles.
Glytone Pyruvic Acid Peel – 30 minutes – $125
Pyruvic acid is a medium to high strength acid that is present in nature found in honey, apples and fermented fruit. It increases the thickness of the epidermis and dermis and stimulates growth of new collagen and helps with elasticity in the dermal layer of the skin so that the skin begins to low younger and smoother. The intensity of this peel increases based on the number of layers applied. In addition to help with fine lines and wrinkles, this peel is useful for patients who struggle with uneven skin tone and texture as a result of acne.
Skin Medica Vitalize Peel – 30 minutes – $125
This peel is a three acid three layer peel (much like a Jessner’s Peel). The first two layers are salicylic, lactic and resorcinol. The last optional layer is retinoic acid (a derivative of vitamin A). There is moderate discomfort with this peel. This is a leave on peel and the client will wear it in place at least 1 hour post treatment. The skin may be red for a few hours and will begin to peel in 48 hours. You may experience light peeling for up to 5-7 days.
Level 4
Level 4 chemical peels offers the greatest depth of peeling with social downtime of 7-10 days. Skin will have mild redness and a moderate amount of peeling.
Glytone JR Peel – (jessner/resorcinol) - 30 minutes – $150
The JR peel is a superior treatment designed to remove superficial layers of skin. It is one of the most effective cosmetic peels available. The JR peel combines resorcinol, lactic acid, and salicylic acid which result in deeper penetration and greater exfoliation of the outer layers of skin cells. TCA peels can lighten or remove freckles and age spots on the face. Diamond Microdermabrasion – 45 minutes – $100
Diamond microdermabrasion relies on microdermabrasion tips covered in tiny diamonds to perform skin exfoliation. When the diamond microdermabrasion tip makes contact with the skin it abrades against the top layer gently removing the dead skin cells. The microdermabrasion machine then vacuums the loose dead skin cells away from the face. Dermaplaning
Dermaplaning helps to “refinish” the skin’s top layers through a method of controlled surgical scraping. The treatment removes the dead cellular layer on the skin, resulting in a smoother, brighter appearance.
The face is cleansed and a sterile dermaplaning blade is prepared. The blade will scrape off the dead skin, as well as the vellus hair (peach fuzz). Once the aesthetician has finished dermaplaning, a carbon dioxide ball is gently swiped across the skin. This provides a cooling effect, and will reduce any swelling that may have occurred. A chemical peel is applied that will impart upon the skin a nice glow, as well as provide skin hydration.
Unlike most exfoliating peel procedures, Dermaplaning uses no chemicals. However, the use of alpha hydroxyl acids may also be used for a deeper exfoliation. This treatment is known as a Micropeel. At only 45 minutes per session, it can be done during a “lunch break”.
