Massage & Reflexology Menu
Hot Stone Massage (90 minutes – $130, 75 minutes – $115, 60 minutes – $95)
Many ancient traditions have relied upon the healing properties of hot stones. The affects of heat have been proven to release tight muscles, restore fluidity to connective tissues and joints, and trigger a relaxation response in the nervous system. The stones act as an extension of your therapist’s healing hands, the warmth sinking into the muscles and bones, bringing you to the deepest level of relaxation and renewal.
Swedish Massage (90 minutes $110, 60 minutes – $80 or 30 minutes – $60)
A gentle relaxing massage of long strokes, kneading, percussion and vibration. This technique works more on superficial layers of muscle and may be used in combination with active/passive joint movements.
Deep Tissue Massage (90 minutes $120, 60 minutes – $90 or 30 minutes – $60)
A massage that releases chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure applied to contracted muscles. Strokes may either follow or go against the muscle fibers. The focus of this technique is on the deeper muscle layers.
Men’s Sports Massage (90 minutes $120, 60 minutes – $90 or 30 minutes – $60)
A massage focusing on the muscle groups relevant to a particular sport, allowing the removal of waste products. The result is rejuvenated muscles with a quicker recovery time from the stresses of the sport.
Pregnancy Massage (60 minutes – $80)
A soothing touch for a happier, healthier pregnancy. A wonderful soothing massage that allows your body to maintain structural integrity despite the normal discomforts associated with pregnancy.
Massage and Sole Sensation Reflexology Treatment (90 minutes – $125)
A soothing one hour massage followed by a thirty minute pressure-point foot massage corresponding to major organs and glands that stimulates energy zones, increasing circulation and total body balance.
Hot Rockin’ Reflexology & Sweet Feet Aromatherapy (50 minutes – $65)
Intensified deep relaxation. Your session begins by relaxing your tired feet in a warm soothing soak. An exfoliating therapeutic scrub follows, using a combination of a sugar salt scrub and customized essential oils to address your specific needs; peppermint to liven the senses, lavender to sooth and calm… there are many to choose from whatever is ailing you. After your scrub, a pressure point massage using Sweet Feet Creme increases immune function. Hot Stones are then applied to stimulate reflex points which pertain to specific organ and body parts, increasing circulation & breaking up adhesions. This is pure reflexology bliss!
Sole Sensation Reflexology Treatment (30 minutes – $45)
A pressure-point foot massage corresponding to major organs and glands that stimulates energy zones, increasing circulation and total body balance.
